Names, logos and domain references can be stripped before transfer. What carries value is the engineering, not whose logo was on it.

How many commits carry real change, across how many authors and how long a span. A squashed import loses most of its value.

Non-obvious algorithms, cross-module features, migrations and real defect repairs. Volume of simple CRUD is worth less.
